Fiber Laser Cutting
High-precision cutting of mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper sheets up to 45mm thick on our 20kW fiber laser.
CNC Press Brake Bending
Accurate, repeatable bends up to 3.2m long on our 175-tonne CNC press brake, with mechanical compensation for consistent angles.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Panels, enclosures, brackets, chassis and structural assemblies fabricated to drawing from raw sheet to finished component.
Prototype & Custom Jobs
One-off and small-batch precision parts for design validation and pilot runs, with a fast path to full production quantities.
Finishing & Assembly
Deburring, drilling, tapping and sub-assembly carried out in-house before dispatch, so parts arrive ready to install.
Nesting & Material Optimisation
Advanced nesting software plans every sheet layout to cut scrap, cost and lead time on multi-part production orders.

Drawing review & quote
Share your DXF/DWG or PDF drawing — we review material, thickness and quantity and return a quote.

Nesting & laser cutting
Parts are nested for minimum scrap and cut on our 20kW fiber laser to the drawing tolerance.
- 03
CNC bending & fabrication
Cut parts are formed on our 175-tonne press brake and fabricated per your assembly drawing.
- 04
Finishing & dispatch
Deburring, drilling and quality checks are completed before parts are packed for dispatch.
